I’m 17 and need a workout / Gym plan + Diet !

I’m a 17 year old male and I go to gym 5 times a week. I’ve been going for 3 months. I’ve not been eating too healthy and mainly just lifting weights/ Bench press. My strength has increased but not much Changes on my body . I’m 6ft1 slightly chubby not too overweight and I’m looking to build muscle whilst Also not look chubby in the face upper chest area. Any help ?
