Iâ€™m a 17 year old male and I go to gym 5 times a week. Iâ€™ve been going for 3 months. Iâ€™ve not been eating too healthy and mainly just lifting weights/ Bench press. My strength has increased but not much Changes on my body . Iâ€™m 6ft1 slightly chubby not too overweight and Iâ€™m looking to build muscle whilst Also not look chubby in the face upper chest area. Any help ?
